New Media Solutions (NMS) has been setting up "Virtual Tradeshows" for several years.
We began by creating Virtual Tradeshows inside our own B2B e-marketplaces, and quickly
discovered that other organizations desired a "private labeled" version.
Our Virtual Tradeshow is based on a database of companies or organizations
searchable by a multi-tiered category structure. In our Virtual Tradeshow, organizations set up their
own "company storefronts" and have the ability to update and edit their storefronts on-the-fly.
Each company "storefront" offers companies to promote detailed information about their
respective business operations and company products.
Visitors to the "Virtual Tradeshow" can search the storefront database to find suppliers
that provide services that match their business needs. Suppliers are listed for easy review, and
if desired, the buyer can then source a detailed Request For Proposal (RFP)directly to a specific company or to
a group of companies located within the service based on demographics.
The "Virtual Tradeshow" application can be designed to allow suppliers to create storefronts either
as a free or a paid service. Additionally, when suppliers create their storefronts, the storefronts
can be activated (viewable through the website) immediately or can be manually activated after
review and qualification.
With every "Virtual Tradeshow" application, our clients receive access to a "back office"
management interface which allows staff members to visually identify listings, edit records,
change automatic Email responses, generate reports, and a variety of other features.
Our Virtual Tradeshow is a well-developed service designed for enterprise level electronic
commerce. To initiate a discussion, please send a note,
or email us.
